This allows them to strengthen their relationships and cultivate resilience and peace.
There was a moment in my life,
when everything I thought i
knew came crashing down.
After a life-shattering divorce, I lost one of the most important relationships in my life and my identity as a wife. The devastation left me feeling lost, confused and desperate for a deeper connection with God. It was during this time of deep pain that I realized I had built my identity on external things, rather than connecting with who I truly am on the inside. It was a hard but necessary awakening.
I surrendered the perception of the god I thought I knew, and turned to my Faith in Christ. I trusted Him to help me navigate the broken pieces of my life. As we walked together, He began to heal me and guided me back to my true self, helping me reconnect with the woman of divine potential that I am.
Since that pivotal moment, I’ve faced other life-altering challenges, and each time, I’ve drawn strength from what I learned during that initial period of healing. By learning how to slow down and take the time to connect inward, I’ve discovered a deep well of wisdom and resilience within myself.
My life experiences as well as my degree in Human Development, knowledge of the body as a Licensed Massage Therapist, and education as an Intuitive Eating Counselor, give me unique insights that I now use to support women in learning how to connect to the wisdom inside themselves and live a life of purpose and resilience, with Him.

I am a hippie at heart. Most days you will find me barefoot and probably hugging a tree.

I love animals and have owned many different kinds. The easiest to take care of was a python named Wilder.

I am a dejunking queen. If something in the house goes missing, my family automatically assumes I donated it.
